My best friend came over and was using her phone and Austin decided he needed to get my phone and use it also. So "A" was using her phone and Austin was using his. They are very busy and popular people :)

Another First for My Baby!

The time has come that Austin needed a hair cutt! He doesn't have much but the back was getting very long. So we went as a family to get his hair cutt. And of course I had my camera close by!

It's amazing how of a difference it made! He is looking extra sharpe :)

Spending Time in the Bathroom

For some reason Austin loves sitting in the sink! Normally when I have to do my make-up or hair he likes to sit in the sink and be with me. I don't mind because he talks up a storm and he loves seeing himself in the mirror :) However I can spend time with him I will, just never thought the bathroom would be a special place for us to talk.  

Domino's Effect

My husband, Landon goes out of town and of course this business trip was planned on a weekend that we get Chandler. I had the choice of not getting Chandler because Landon was worried about me with both boys all weekend by myself, well I decided I would make a lot of fun plans so the boys and I could all have fun together while daddy was away. I was planning on getting Chandler from school Friday and then we would go get Austin from daycare. Then I'd cook Taco's which are chandler's favorite. Saturday I was planning to take them to Bumper Jumpers to play and then take Chandler to the Monster Jam show at the coliseum. Then Sunday we would attend church and eat lunch with Aunt B....now keep in mind I said "planning" through out this post...what really happened...

Thursday night I was awaken by Austin crying this isn't highly unusual but most the time if I let him cry for a few minutes he goes back to sleep. I could tell this cry was different so I went to check on him and sure enough there was a reason he was up at 2:00am. He had thrown up all over his pillow! He never has done that before so I was really worried. I picked him up and felt how hot his back and head was. I got a wet cloth and kept putting it around his neck and back. I tried to give him a drink he pushed it away. To make a long story short Austin was sick! The next day, Friday I had to take him to the doctor and the appointment ran into the time that I needed to get Chandler. After discussing the situation with Chandlers mother we decided it would be best to not get Chandler Friday night but to see how Austin was feeling Saturday morning and then we would see what was best. Needless to say the Monster Jam was on Saturday and we had 6 free tickets. So I was hoping Austin was better so we  could get Chandler and all go. After being on the phone all morning between Chandler's mom, the people I gave the tickets to and family. I decided it was best to not get Chandler this weekend. I wanted to make sure Austin was better before he was around anyone. All my plans for this weekend totally went down the drain. One plan right after the other canceled. I felt horrible not getting Chandler and he was sad on the phone that he wouldn't get to see me and his little brother. I told him I would make it up to him. But luckily Austin was feeling better by Saturday evening so at least going to church and Aunt B's was still a go!

Baby it's cold outside!

Austin was ready to play outside on this snowy day. I always dread layering up the clothes, forcing on the socks and shoes and chasing him down to get his hat on only to find 5 secs later he has removed it and I must chase him down again to put it back on. But looking back at these pictures and his adorable smile I decided it was worth the trouble and back pain just for a few shorts moments in the snow and to see my baby so happy.

Precious Angel

I recently went to visit one of my friends from school because she just had a baby girl! It seems everyone is either pregnant or having babies! I had to get my hands on this precious newborn :) My other good friend, Alyse went with me and we had a great time. We all laughed and joked and talked about high school and how far we all have come. I enjoyed my time with baby T and her momma.

Our First Winter Snow

I was lucky enough that our first snow happened on the weekend that we had both boys! We were inside playing when I look out the window and saw snow!! I immediately told the boys and we were all up getting warmly dressed and headed outside.

I love to put the boys in matching clothes. Luckily Chandler is still young so that he WANTS to match his little brother. So as long as they both agree I will be buying the same outfits just different sizes!! I think it's so cute when siblings wear the same thing.

Visit From Santa

Every year getting together with family for the holidays definitely has to be planned out. We have so many places to go for Christmas. Landon's dad decided that we would all get together the weekend before Christmas. So we went to celebrate an early Christmas with his and family and was surprised by an early visit from Santa! The boys reactions were priceless.

I'm back!

Well I have not been updating much at all recently. Unfortunately juggling a full job, family, and life got the best of me. When I made the difficult decision to stay at home or try finding work I eventually found a job working as a temp. Ironically my job duties included helping others find jobs. I liked the job the only problem was I was a temp which meant after I help them do what it was I came to do then they could get rid of me once my job was finished. Well I started in October and it ended January. So now I am wanting the best of both worlds. I want to work but I want to still spend time with Austin. So I am currently looking for part-time work. Therefore I have more time to follow and blog with you ladies!! I am excited to be back and I have tons to update everyone on!
